Anxities are natural human responses to situations that perhaps feel out of control, scary or too overwhelming. These responses usually are connected to a number of triggers and are linked to mind/body reactions.
Here at the Practice we will support you in:
Increasing your understanding of your triggers and responses
Widening your responses repertoire by working on techniques that could decrease your anxities (soothing and calming)
Hopefully then you will feel more in control of your responses and be better able to deal with situations that might feel ovewhelming, by both understanding what your anxities may represent and developing other ways of expresssing your self.
